What does The Stainless Depot Company sell?
We sell blank and sublimation-ready drinkware including stainless steel tumblers, sublimatable tumblers in aluminum, ceramic, glass, and stainless steel, powder-coated tumblers for laser engraving, handle tumblers, speaker tumblers, glass and acrylic tumblers, and epoxy blanks. We also sell HOGG rotomolded coolers, heat presses, sublimation printers, wrap templates, and crafting accessories.
What materials of tumblers do you offer?
We offer sublimation-ready aluminum, ceramic, glass, and stainless steel (marked "Sublimatable"), plus non-sublimation versions in aluminum, powder-coated stainless steel, raw stainless steel, acrylic, plastic, glass, and ceramic.
How do I know if a product is sublimation-ready?
Any product with "Sublimatable" in its title is coated for sublimation customization. Products without "Sublimatable" in the title are not pre-coated for sublimation. Browse our full Sublimatable collection.
Do you sell tumblers in bulk?
Yes. Nearly every product in our catalog is available in both single-unit and case-pack options, with case pricing applied automatically when you buy by the case. Browse Shop by the Case.
Do you sell heat presses?
Yes. Our Heat Press category includes sublimation heat presses and dedicated tumbler presses for decorating our blanks.
Do you sell sublimation printers and ink?
Yes. Our Printers & Ink category includes sublimation-compatible printers and inks for use with our sublimatable blanks.
Do you sell rotomolded coolers?
Yes. We sell HOGG rotomolded coolers, designed to compete with major brands at a better price point.
Do you sell wrap templates and digital designs?
Yes. We sell digital wrap templates sized for our blank tumblers, plus standalone digital design downloads — both available as instant downloads after purchase.
Do you offer custom or private-label orders?

Do you have a personalization service for finished tumblers?
Yes. For done-for-you personalized tumblers (rather than blanks for self-decorating), visit our personalization site at customhoggtumblers.com.
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in the United States and manufactured overseas, then stocked in our Houston, Texas warehouse before shipping.
Does my order include straws?
Items that include straws say so in the product title and description. Straws are typically wrapped in bubble wrap inside the box and can be mistaken for packing material, so check the packing before disposing of it.

What decoration methods work with your products?
Vinyl, UV printing, and UV DTF work across all of our materials. Sublimation works only on products marked "Sublimatable," laser engraving works on stainless steel (raw, powder-coated, and Sublimatable) and raw aluminum, and epoxy works on all three stainless steel types — best on raw stainless with no prep required. Can I sublimate on powder-coated cups?
No. Powder-coated tumblers are designed for laser engraving and vinyl, not sublimation, because the powder coating is not sublimation-compatible.
Which tumblers can I laser engrave?
Laser engraving works on Powder Coated Stainless Steel, raw Stainless Steel, Sublimatable Stainless Steel, and raw Aluminum tumblers. It is not compatible with our aluminum-only sublimation blanks, ceramic, glass, acrylic, or plastic products.
Which tumblers can I sublimate on?
Sublimation works only on products with "Sublimatable" in the title, available in four materials: Sublimatable Aluminum, Sublimatable Ceramic, Sublimatable Glass, and Sublimatable Stainless Steel. Browse all Sublimatable products.
Can I use epoxy on your tumblers?
Yes — epoxy works on all three of our stainless steel types: raw Stainless Steel (the gold standard, no prep required), Powder Coated Stainless Steel, and Sublimatable Stainless Steel (with light sanding first). Epoxy is not recommended on aluminum, ceramic, glass, acrylic, or plastic.
What is the best blank for epoxy work?
Raw (plain) Stainless Steel is the best blank for epoxy — it is the gold standard and requires no sanding or prep before applying epoxy. Powder Coated Stainless Steel and Sublimatable Stainless Steel also work with epoxy, but Sublimatable Stainless Steel requires light sanding first.
Do I need to prep the tumbler before applying epoxy?
Raw (plain) Stainless Steel needs no prep — it is the gold standard for epoxy and ready as-is. Sublimatable Stainless Steel requires a light sanding before epoxy to help it adhere properly. Powder Coated Stainless Steel can also be used with epoxy.
Can I use vinyl on your tumblers?
Yes — vinyl (HTV and adhesive) works on all of our materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, ceramic, glass, acrylic, and plastic.
Can I use UV print on your tumblers?
Yes — UV print works on all of our materials, including all stainless steel, aluminum, ceramic, glass, acrylic, and plastic blanks.
Can I use UV DTF on your tumblers?
Yes — UV DTF works on all of our materials and is a popular method for full-color decoration without sublimation. It can be applied to stainless steel, aluminum, ceramic, glass, acrylic, and plastic products.
What is the most versatile blank you sell for decoration?
Sublimatable Stainless Steel is our most versatile blank — it's compatible with all six major decoration methods we support: sublimation, laser engraving, vinyl, epoxy (with light sanding), UV print, and UV DTF.
What can I customize a Sublimatable Stainless Steel tumbler with?
Sublimatable Stainless Steel is our most versatile blank — it works with sublimation, laser engraving, vinyl, epoxy (with a light sanding first), UV print, and UV DTF. For epoxy work specifically, raw Stainless Steel is even better since it requires no prep.
What can I customize a Sublimatable Aluminum tumbler with?
Sublimatable Aluminum works with sublimation, vinyl, UV print, and UV DTF. It is not compatible with laser engraving or epoxy.
What can I customize a Sublimatable Ceramic mug or tumbler with?
Sublimatable Ceramic works with sublimation, vinyl, UV print, and UV DTF. It is not compatible with laser engraving or epoxy.

What can I customize a standard ceramic mug with?

What can I customize plastic tumblers with?
Plastic tumblers work with vinyl, UV print, and UV DTF. They are not compatible with sublimation, laser engraving, or epoxy.
What sublimation time and temperature should I use?
Sublimation time and temperature varies by product, material, and heat press. Each product page on our site includes a "Sublimation Time & Temps" dropdown with the recommended settings for that specific blank. For a broader reference, see our sublimation heat press settings guide.
Where do I find the decoration methods for a specific product?
Each product page lists the supported decoration methods and recommended settings for that specific item. Look for the "Sublimation Time & Temps" dropdown on sublimatable products.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders — domestic and international — ship from our warehouse in Houston, Texas, USA.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Standard processing time is 1-2 business days, then transit time is 1-5 business days for domestic US orders. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Time on a business day are eligible for same-day processing.
What is the cutoff time for same-day processing?
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Time on a business day are eligible for same-day processing. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship with FedEx and USPS for domestic US orders.
Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?
Yes. Expedited processing and next-day, 2-day, and 3-day shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on US orders over $99 to the contiguous United States. Orders below $99 are charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout. Expedited, overnight, international, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico shipping always carry an additional charge.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally from our Houston, Texas warehouse. International shipping costs extra, and duties, taxes, and border fees are billed separately by the shipping carrier.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship to Canada. Shipping is charged separately and duties/border fees are billed by the carrier.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?
Yes, we ship to all three. Shipping is charged separately and is not included in the $99 free shipping threshold, which applies only to the contiguous US.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Tracking is emailed automatically once your shipping label is created, and updates once the shipping carrier scans your package. If you don't see a tracking email, check your spam folder.
My package shows delivered but I can't find it — what should I do?
Try these steps in order:
- Verify your shipping address on the order
- Look for a delivery attempt notice from the carrier
- Check around the delivery location, including with neighbors
- Check your local post office if you ever receive mail there
- Contact the shipping carrier to ask about driver notes
- Wait 48 hours — in rare cases, "delivered" status can appear up to 48 hours before actual arrival
If it still hasn't arrived 48 hours after showing "delivered," email support@hoggoutfitters.com with your order number, name, address, order total, and tracking number.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Items outside the 30-day window cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you offer refunds to the original payment method?
No. All returns and replacements are issued as store credit only. Original payment method refunds are not offered.
What is your return window?
30 days from the date you receive your order. Items outside this window cannot be returned or exchanged.
Are there restocking fees?
No, we do not charge restocking fees.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer pays return shipping for buyer's remorse or wrong-product returns. We pay return shipping for items that are defective, damaged, or shipped in error.
Is original shipping refundable?
No. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the order is returned.
Can I return a customized item?
No. Once a blank product has been customized in any way (sublimated, engraved, painted, epoxied, vinyl decorated, etc.), it is final sale. Always inspect blanks for damage or defects before customizing.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Email support@hoggoutfitters.com within 30 days of receiving your order with clear photos or video of the defect, and we'll replace the item via store credit.
How do I start a return?
Email support@hoggoutfitters.com for return instructions. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Order changes are very difficult once placed — we cannot add items, change shipping addresses, or guarantee modifications. Email support@hoggoutfitters.com immediately, but if the order has already been printed for shipping, we may not be able to help. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.
Can I add an item to my existing order?
No, we cannot add items to existing orders. Please place a separate order for any additional items.
Wholesale & bulk
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Nearly every product is available in case-pack quantities with case pricing applied automatically — no minimum order or wholesale account required. Browse Shop by the Case.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. Case pricing is built into the case-pack option on each product page.
Do you offer net terms or accept purchase orders?
No, we are prepay only. All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We do not currently offer net terms or invoice billing.
How do I get tax-exempt pricing?
Email a PDF copy of your tax exemption certificate to support@hoggoutfitters.com along with the email address you use for ordering. We'll remove the tax setting from your account for future orders.
Do you offer volume discounts beyond case pricing?
Yes, volume pricing on larger quantities is quote-based. Email support@hoggoutfitters.com with your product list and target quantity for a custom quote.
How do I apply to be a wholesale partner?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Sezzle (buy now, pay later), Shop Pay, and Stainless Depot gift cards.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, guest checkout is available with just an email address. However, creating a free account is strongly recommended — it unlocks the Hogg Rewards program, order history, faster repeat checkout, and saved addresses.
Do you have a rewards or loyalty program?
Yes. Hogg Rewards is our free loyalty program. Earn 2 points per $1 spent, plus bonuses for signing up, your birthday, and more.
How do I earn Hogg Rewards points?
Earn points multiple ways:
- 2 points for every $1 spent on qualifying orders
- 100 bonus points for creating an account
- 500 bonus points on your birthday (must be entered into your Rewards page)
- 200 bonus points for liking our Facebook page
- 100 bonus points for reading the FAQ page (this one!)
- $10 in Hogg Points when a referred friend completes their first order of $75+
How do I redeem Hogg Rewards points?
When logged into your account at checkout, a dropdown will appear letting you select how many points to redeem:
- 500 points = $5 off
- 1,000 points = $10 off
- 1,500 points = $15 off
- 2,000 points = $25 off
Points can be redeemed only once per order.
Do my rewards points expire?
Yes. Points expire 3 months after your last purchase. Making a new purchase resets the expiration window.
Can I combine Hogg Points with other discounts?
Yes. Hogg Points can be combined with other promotional discounts, offers, and gift cards. Exception: Referral discounts (Give $10, Get $10) cannot be combined with any other promo.
How does the "Give $10, Get $10" referral program work?
Refer a friend through our Refer a Friend form. When they place their first order of $75 or more shipped to a different address than yours, they get $10 off. Once their order completes, you get $10 in Hogg Points added to your account.
What are the Hogg VIP tiers?
The Hogg VIP Club tier is based on how much you've spent in the past 12 months from the date you joined. As you cross spending thresholds, you're automatically upgraded to the next tier. After 12 months, tier eligibility is re-evaluated based on recent orders. The top VIP tier is the Hogg Hoarder.
Why isn't my expedited shipping free as a Hogg Hoarder?
To get free Expedited Processing as a Hogg Hoarder, your order must still meet the standard free shipping threshold of $99. Once your order qualifies for free shipping, both Standard Shipping and Expedited Processing show as free.
Do I earn points on gift cards or closeout items?
No. Points are not earned on the purchase or redemption of gift cards, and no points are earned on Closeout Sale items. All other products earn 2 points per $1.
Do I earn points on tax and shipping?
No. Hogg Points are earned on the total purchase amount after discounts and gift card credit, but before tax and shipping.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
Points earned from a returned order are deducted from your account. Points used on a returned order are returned to your account.
Warranty & product care
Do your products have a warranty?
We don't have a set warranty period, but we stand behind our quality. If you have a quality issue — paint chipping, insulation failure, lid defects — email support@hoggoutfitters.com with photos and we'll work with you to make it right. Always inspect blanks before customizing — defective claims cannot be honored on items that have already been customized.
Are your tumblers BPA-free?
Yes, all of our stainless steel tumblers are BPA-free and food-safe.
Are your tumblers food-safe?
Yes, all of our stainless steel drinkware is food-safe and BPA-free.
How long do your tumblers keep drinks hot or cold?
Our double-wall vacuum insulated stainless steel tumblers keep drinks hot for approximately 12 hours and cold for 24+ hours.
Are your tumblers dishwasher safe?
We recommend handwashing all of our tumblers, even ones the manufacturer labels dishwasher safe. Dishwashers can degrade the exterior finish, damage powder coatings, fade sublimated designs, and compromise the vacuum insulation seal over time. Handwashing extends the life of both the tumbler and the customization.
Can I put my tumbler in the freezer or microwave?
We don't recommend either. Stainless steel tumblers shouldn't go in the microwave, and extreme cold can affect the vacuum seal and may damage sublimated or powder-coated finishes over time. For longest product life, store at room temperature and handwash.
Will my drink sweat or leave a wet ring on the table?
No. That's where our motto "This HOGG Never Sweats" comes from. The double-wall vacuum insulation prevents the outside of the tumbler from getting cold, so condensation doesn't form. Your table stays dry and your drink doesn't drip on you.

The Stainless Depot Company was founded in early 2017 by the team behind Hogg Outfitters, LLC. We started by selling on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, then transitioned to designing and manufacturing our own original blank drinkware.
What does HOGG stand for?
HOGG is the brand behind The Stainless Depot Company, owned by Hogg Outfitters, LLC. Our motto is "This HOGG Never Sweats," referring to the double-wall vacuum insulation in our stainless steel tumblers.
What does "This HOGG Never Sweats" mean?
It means our double-wall vacuum insulated stainless steel tumblers don't form condensation on the outside, so they won't leave wet rings on your table or drip on you. It's also our promise of reliability in both products and service.
